Using Amadea, supporting the Sonata through Patreon, and sharing your creations.

Read these terms before using the service or subscribing. They explain access, Patreon benefits and the rules for sharing your creations.
In short: Amadea is an adult fantasy reading and creative community service.
Polarys Interactive SAS de CV operates amadeasonata.com, the reader for Amadea: Sonata of the Violet Empress and its related lore, personality instruments, music tools and community features. These terms apply to those services. You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live to use them.
Public reading and many creative tools work without an account. Membership features require an eligible Patreon account and server verification. Unreleased chapters, destinations marked Soon and features described as planned are not available merely because they appear in an outline. Publication notices and the membership description identify what is currently offered.
In short: The monthly base prices are US$5, US$10 and US$15.
US$5: Read Six Weeks Ahead (30,000+ Words): advance text on Patreon, approximately six chapters or six weeks ahead of public release, with the advertised Monday 18:00 UTC release schedule and private Discord community. This tier does not unlock the full custom website reader.
US$10: The Complete Immersion Experience: the advance-reading benefits plus Chronicler access to released premium reader content, accompanying music and effects, available lore and Soul Sheet Music, artwork and expanded stories. The complete 84-act narrative is a work in progress; membership does not mean all acts or planned benefits have been released.
US$15: Consecration & Legacy in the Skies: the preceding benefits plus Resonance Anchor features, including a personalized Firmament star and available community governance, Legend and legacy benefits. Polls, Grand Hunts, stories of other Ages and behind-the-scenes material are offered as they open or are published. A star is a virtual credit, not ownership of an astronomical object or an investment.
The Patreon offer at the time you subscribe specifies the benefits and release schedule. We will communicate material changes to paid benefits. These terms do not remove remedies for benefits that were promised and not delivered. Translations may follow English releases; a page may identify English fallback content.
In short: Patreon handles the subscription and payment.
Subscribe and manage billing through Patreon. Prices above are monthly US-dollar base prices; Patreon checkout shows your billing currency, taxes, applicable fees and final amount before purchase. A localized MXN display is not a fixed exchange-rate promise. We do not collect card or bank details on this site.
Recurring memberships renew according to the schedule you accept at checkout until cancelled. If Patreon offers a seven-day trial for the US$10 tier, its eligibility and checkout terms apply; cancel through Patreon before the trial ends to avoid the next charge. A trial is available only when Patreon offers it to your account.
Cancel or change your membership in Patreon membership settings. Signing out, clearing browser data or requesting deletion of your Amadea account does not cancel Patreon billing. Access follows the entitlement Patreon reports, so changes may require a membership refresh. Check Patreon for your paid-through date.
For a refund or missing paid benefit, contact us at contact@amadeasonata.com or through Patreon. Refunds follow applicable law and Patreon’s refund process; purchases handled by another platform may require that platform’s process. Cancellation alone does not guarantee a refund. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer refund or withdrawal rights.
In short: Use your own Patreon account and protect its access.
Patreon authenticates you; do not send us your Patreon password. We receive the identity and membership information described in our Privacy Policy. Do not impersonate others, share account access to bypass membership restrictions, manipulate membership checks, or use another person’s private result link to claim their reading.
Available downloads and offline chapters are for your personal use. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted, and premium access may require a connection to verify membership. Keep exports of your own creative work where available; offline storage and sync are not a permanent backup guarantee.
In short: Reading access does not transfer ownership of Amadea.
The novel, worldbuilding, illustrations, music, software and other supplied material belong to Polarys Interactive SAS de CV or their respective rights holders. You may read, listen and use the site, and use its offered downloads and sharing controls for their stated personal purposes. Do not redistribute premium chapters, resell our assets or bypass access controls. Rights granted by applicable law remain available.
You retain rights in your original writing, artwork and music. Using the spell, Glyph, Legend or music tools does not transfer those rights to us. Our underlying characters, lore, artwork and sound assets remain subject to their own rights. A generated card or exported project does not grant a blanket commercial license to those assets. Contact us about uses beyond the permissions supplied with an asset.
In short: Publish only material you have the right to share.
You remain responsible for your contributions and retain your rights in them. By deliberately submitting material to a public feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display it for that feature and its moderation. Service providers may process it for those purposes. This is not permission to sell your private results or use your identity in unrelated advertising.
Community proposals may be discussed and voted on, but submission or a vote does not guarantee selection, payment, authorship credit or incorporation into the canon. Any broader use of your original submission in a commercial story or product requires separate agreed permission. You do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Published comments, wishes and stars can be seen and copied by other people. Withdraw or edit contributions where the interface permits, or write to contact@amadeasonata.com. A legacy star is intended as an enduring credit, but privacy rights and lawful removal requests still apply. Account erasure does not automatically remove every public contribution; our Privacy Policy explains the retained records.
In short: Respect other readers and the service.
Do not submit threats, targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, private information about others without permission, unlawful sexual material, infringing content, spam or malicious files or links. Do not attack the service, evade rate limits, falsify votes or scrape restricted content. Fictional violence or mature themes in the novel are not permission to threaten real people.
We may remove or restrict contributions and suspend access to address breaches, protect readers or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact contact@amadeasonata.com for review. Urgent protective action may happen first. Service restrictions do not automatically stop Patreon charges; billing and refund questions must also be addressed through the membership process.
In short: Community influence concerns the fictional world.
Resonance Anchor votes and Grand Hunt voices apply only to open events and their published rules. Eligibility is checked when participating. Choices, thresholds and results shape fictional community decisions; they do not confer equity, company voting rights or control over Polarys Interactive SAS de CV. Final editorial responsibility remains with the creators, subject to the commitments made for each event.
An intended lasting star or credit is subject to the continued operation of the project, moderation, privacy rights and technical availability. It is not a guarantee that a website will operate forever. Features marked Soon have no guaranteed opening date unless we expressly publish one.
In short: The Privacy Policy explains what the service keeps.
Reading preferences and many creative results are stored on your device. Sign-in enables server storage and sync; saving a Forge reading or posting can also send information without an account. Technical requests reach the host even when you only browse. Clearing this device is different from requesting server erasure. See the linked Privacy Policy for details.
Read-aloud uses your browser or operating system’s speech service. Personality and alignment results are entertainment and worldbuilding tools, not clinical assessments or professional advice.
In short: Third-party services have their own terms.
Patreon, Discord and other sites you choose to visit operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not access your social contact lists through Patreon. A link is not a promise that the external service will remain available.
The planned Market is not a present promise to sell or ship physical goods. Any future merchandise checkout must state the seller, price, delivery, returns and other applicable purchase terms before you order.
In short: The site and the serial will evolve.
We use reasonable care to operate the service, but interruptions, browser differences and mistakes may occur. Report missing content or access problems to contact@amadeasonata.com. We may maintain, correct or update features; material changes to paid offerings will be communicated, with applicable consumer remedies preserved.
We will date updates to these terms and give notice of material changes before they take effect. Where agreement is legally required, we will seek it. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a feature ends, applicable payment and data rights still apply.
In short: Mandatory legal protections remain in effect.
Creative tools and fictional material are provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. We remain responsible to the extent required by law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waive rights relating to paid services, privacy, fraud or personal injury.
Each party is responsible for its conduct under applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket obligation on readers to pay every claim or legal expense arising from use of the site.
In short: Contact us to seek a resolution; legal remedies remain available.
Mexican law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available where you live. Please send a description of a dispute and the resolution requested to contact@amadeasonata.com. You may seek help from a competent consumer or privacy authority or court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign forum or a class-action waiver.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. Neither use of the site nor patronage creates employment, partnership or agency.
